Individual Development - or "ID" - projects and activities truly lay at the heart of the Jaycees. Reflecting our goal of leadership development of our members, monthly ID activities include things such as:
Speakers on topics such as financial planning and entrepreneurship at our monthly membership meetings
Wine/beer tasting
Networking meetings
Participation in the Maryland Jaycees Speak Up and Write Up competitions on public speaking and writing.
