The Management Development program area focuses on fundraisers for our chapter, public relations, and marketing. It is led by our Management Development Vice President, but includes activities for the entire chapter. This program area again provides an opportunity for individual growth as members hone their skills on event planning, campaign building, and marketing and pr. Some management development projects include:
Selling cookbooks to raise money for the chapter
Annual Entertainment Book sales
Participation in local events to raise awareness of the Jaycees
Fundraisers such as car washes and art auctions
